Mentre i The Game Awards sono alle porte, Sony si prepara ai Game of The Year 2022 di PS Blog. Tramite un articolo postato sul PS Blog viene dato il via alle votazioni, i vincitori per le sedici categorie proposte saranno scelti dai videogiocatori. L’edizione 2022 punta dunque a celebrare il meglio del mondo PlayStation arrivato nel corso dell’anno, dai personaggi già noti agli utenti ai nuovi arrivati che hanno conquistato i videogiocatori.

Ogni categoria degli Awards di PS Blog offre ai videogiocatori la possibilità di inserire un titolo non incluso da prendere in considerazione, mentre a causa della data fissata, ovvero il 15 dicembre, per la fine delle votazioni alcuni videogiochi sono stati esclusi. I titoli che hanno vinto il Platino lo scorso anno non sono di nuovo candidabili per la stessa categoria.
