Durante la giornata di ieri Geoff Keighley ha annunciato che ai Game Awards 2018 sarà presente anche il presidente di Sony Interactive Entertainment Worldwide Studios, ovvero Shawn Layden, che salirà sul palco in qualità di presentatore dell’evento.
Come già si sa Sony quest’anno ha deciso di annullare il PlayStation Experience dato che, come dichiarato anche da Shawn Layden, la società non aveva abbastanza titoli da mostrare al pubblico. Ai Game Award 2018 invece è già stato confermato che The Last of Us parte 2 non sarà presente, mentre molto probabilmente ci sarà Death Stranding. Inoltre è possibile che verrà rivelato qualcosa riguardo al remake di Crash Team Racing, e alle finestre di lancio per quanto riguarda Death Stranding e Ghost of Tsushima. Infine è sicuro che verrà finalmente rivelata la data ufficiale per il lancio di Dreams di Media Molecule.
