Bendy and The Ink Machine sarà adattato su grande schermo: tramite l’account X ufficiale del gioco è stato annunciato il film dedicato a tinte horror di Joey Drew Studios, Inc., e TheMeatly Games. Il film sarà prodotto da Radar Pictures, mentre per il momento non è stato ancora indicato alcun regista o sceneggiatore, theMeatly -creatore della serie, ha confermato di essere coinvolto nel progetto, in sviluppo già da diverso tempo.

Poco dopo l’annuncio ufficiale, lo stesso TheMeatly ha commentato la notizia affermando di essere entusiasta della realizzazione del lungometraggio che sarà quanto più fedele possibile al mondo di Bendy.
L’idea di esplorare altri media e di conseguenza portare Bendy su grande schermo però nasce diversi anni fa: nonostante ciò, lo stesso creatore ha affermato di aver dovuto attendere la fine dello sviluppo di Bandy and the Dark Revival prima di poter pensare all’adattamento cinematografico.
The idea of a #BENDY movie has been in discussions and meetings for YEARS. It’s something we knew we wanted to do at the right time once #BATDR was completed. 🙂
Now that it is actually going to happen, I will have to turn my attention to the Bendy Broadway Musical.. 🙃
